What does it cost?


Downloadable Games

To download and save a game to your mobile it costs either: $4.95, $6.90, or $7.90, depending on the game title (all prices include GST). The price of each game is communicated on your mobile before you buy.

WAP Games

Charges only start when you click on a game under the "Games" menu on your
Telecom mobile. Games cost 7c a page (including GST). A page counts as each time
you see a 'sending' and then a 'receiving' message across the bottom of your
phone screen.

Text Games

You pay 20c (including GST) for each text message you send during a game. However, you won't be charged for any text messages you receive from the game itself, or other gamers who are playing with you.

If you have a call plan that includes a set number of free text messages per
month, games will not be included as part of this. Xtra games are charged
separately.



How will I be charged?

If you are on a postpaid Telecom mobile plan then charges for these services will be billed to your Telecom mobile account, or to the Telecom account that your Telecom mobile charges are currently billed to.

If you are a prepaid Telecom mobile customer, the charges will be deducted from your prepaid account balance.




More things you should know

This Games service is subject to the following:

• This service is only available to customers who have a WAP capable Telecom mobile phone or a two-way text capable mobile phone currently connected to the Telecom mobile network. This service is not available on other networks.



• If you are on the Telecom network you can access all Xtra WAP and text games. If your phone is capable of downloading games you will see a 'Download Games' link in the 'Games' genre of your phones Xtra Mobile WAP menu.



• Xtra games are only available when you have mobile network coverage to receive calls and data. In addition, you may not be able to access the Xtra WAP menu, any applicable services or applications or an Internet page if either any network or server is busy.



• Xtra may change the list of games that are available by adding new games or deleting existing games from time to time.



• There is currently no subscription charge for this service however Xtra may introduce charges at a later date.
